After 3 creatures fought on the planet of Viera the world was thrown into turmoil the planet itself fought back destroying the creatures and taking half of the power of each monster and disseminating it into the planets creatures. Humans fought among themselves using the power in order to rule the planet until nature and the animals fought the humans to a standstill forcing the humans to occupy only a third of the planet. Now, forced into such a small area by comparison humans needed to be held accountable for their crimes against one another and one such criminal has been tasked with upholding that goal.
