"Lillian, how did you kill Mr. Smith," screamed one of the detectives. "How did you kill him? " "Why did you kill him," added the other. "Did you have an accomplice?" "Say it," I started hearing. "Tell the detectives how you killed Nathaniel, and I'll spare you." "I didn't do it," I screamed. "I didn't kill Nathaniel."
