A time in distant future where humans are used to exploring outer space. They are common to use the stars for navigation. Unbeknownst to them, the stars in this galaxy can give strength to those who deserve it. Those who have acquired the power of the star will get a mark known as the Insignia. The Insignias increase their power by integration with various existing stars, in this Universe; Strength is Authority. A child is born with star power without having the sign of Insignia. Guided by the Starian race which is the strongest race in the galaxy, to find the meaning of the power he bestow upon him.
