Dimulai dari Fuyuki Matsuda seorang pengguna kekuatan spiritual berbakat di Divisi Nol Rakugaki menerima wasiat dari ayahnya yang meninggal di Kantor Perusahaan Miyamoto 4 bulan lalu.
