Echelon Of The Owls

Echelon Of The Owls

Parallel worlds or other worlds. The existence of infinite existence where it only exists in science fiction like in comics, books, or cartoons. We, humans, are so fond of that fiction idea, imagining a thousand worlds where we can have different appearances, lives, and selves. For example, a murderer who's been living in the underbelly of society in the dark might be the most successful businessman in an alternate timeline or reality. The infinite possibilities we could have, that's why the idea of parallel worlds revolves around "what if", " I should've...", etc. The wishful thinking that how we could have done it better or in a word, "regret". Other than that, it's still from fiction. The concept of it only exists in our imaginary minds. But, it all changed when 20 students from an ordinary high school were caught in a mysterious phenomenon. A surge of blue light crawled across the whole room, symbols, lines, and geometric patterns emerged slowly. The light slowly grew brighter and brighter, in a blink of an eye, all of them vanished. Till to this day, the mysterious phenomenon was left to be unknown, with the existence of those 20 students. Join the journey of Sirius Steorra and Alice Schwartz as they transverse to the other world and uncover the mysteries of its world. A world that’s shrouded by mysteries and history. This is their story... ----------------------------------------------------- [Discord Server Link!] -https://discord.gg/3SJ6CX4RXC If you want to support me and get early access to chapters: https://www.patreon.com/Xeoz I do not own the artwork, if you are the illustrator just let me know if you want me to remove it. In a small town called Salem, in which diversity is pretty much a normal thing. Where gossips and rumors spread faster than a virus, and where gang fights are pretty much a daily affair to them. So all in all, this is just your typical town. Daniel Mendez has been living here for the past 13 years. Living in a small town where most people knew you, can be quite annoying and taxing. When all really he ever wanted was food, coffee, and his much-needed sleep. But with the constant buzzing of voices that he can always hear what others don't and the gang fights he always gets involved into, as well as the bullies. Combine with his doting father, and his eccentric best friend's antics. Peace is almost an impossible task. But still, it was a good life. Well, as good as he can get. So when unknown being showed up on his doorsteps uninvited, he knew that he fucked up. * * * * * "You. Are. Mine." Clark growled darkly as he stared down at me coldly. My heart skips a beat as I looked at him with eyes wide open, like a deer caught in the headlights. "Before you were even born, you were already mine, Mendez." I can feel my knees going weak from fear as I tried to edge away from him when suddenly he throws his arms, caging me between his huge form. His huge figure looming before me. I nervously gulped, trying so hard to ease my beating heart. I can feel my pulse accelerating at a very abnormal rate, making me feel light-headed. My heart almost jumped out of my mouth when his face suddenly inched towards mine, his eyes were crinkled in cold amusement, his lips stretched in a smirk. "And I don't like sharing what's mine to others."

Another reaction could be self - reflection. She might start to question her study methods and her priorities. Maybe she realizes that she had been too focused on grades and not enough on truly understanding the magic, and this failure could be a turning point for her to change her approach to learning.

Telepathic owls in science fiction can be very significant. They might be a sign of a different kind of intelligence. Since they are telepathic, they could have a more complex way of thinking and interacting with the world around them compared to normal animals. This can be used to explore themes like the nature of consciousness and communication.
