QT: Finding Meaning

*** My health has been very poor this year alongside loosing my mother-in-law and cat so I'm sorry but this will be rewritten and finished when I'm well, I'm doing it all offline in my rare creative moments, hopefully with a more mature touch *** [WARNING: Mature Themes (smut, violence, murder, suicide, domestic violence, etc.)] --------- Waking up naked and alone with a murderer, without a single memory, she relies on System to understand her existence in another person's body. --------- Still don't know if you should read me? Here's a quick breakdown to help you make up your mind if this novel is right for you: This is my own twist on the QuickTransmigration System genre, giving it a more 'spiritual' twist. It explores sensitive themes throughout each arc and I will do my best to give trigger warnings at the start of chapters containing them. It is written in the first person and revolves around a female lead (FL). This is a weak-to-strong novel, she will have heavy flaws and make repeated mistakes and seem generally weak at the start, bear with her as she grows. Romance is a heavy theme within the story that contains a lot of smut, with more than one character. However, there is only one male lead in the end. The story is less about fluffy romance, instead, it's a journey of growth and self-discovery, revolving around the main storyline. Although, each Arc will have its own separate storyline that will have an impact on the main storyline with both new and reoccurring characters (so skipping arcs is not advised). I have currently written the rough drafts for four arcs at the point of writing this: 1. Ghosts & Guns 2. How do you keep a child alive in the Zombie Apocalypse? 3. Abducted by Aliens 4. Freed by the Fae Folk 5. .... --------- --------- Cover Art made by myself, using nightcafe AI Art, check out my page, I'm attempting to make novel art and character art for each arc: https://creator.nightcafe.studio/u/Raychbunni

The end of pity

The end of pity

With four of the ten paths which will he walk? questioned Shen's aunt as she watched him go out for what she feared may be the last time but she shoved down the fear and swallowed her pride to shout goodbye to him from amongst the crowd of people that were here to send off their children and hopefully give them a chance to enter the true world of cultivation. The road was long but at least it was ahead of them and the possibilities were near endless. They're beginning was limited but that was ok since to them all that mattered was that they were here at last and in only a few hours they would be able to learn how to walk among those that were known as the ascending which is the name of the first cultivation realm. The "Ascending realm" where mortals learn to walk the path of cultivation and can expand there life span by just 30 years in the first realm and it was of this that they all thought of as they wandered down this road and finally reached the four blessed paths of the nearby clans each with their own respective elements which are those of lightning, fire, wood, and sound. Shen watched quietly as the others walked in an almost daze like state and he seemed almost amused as he walked sure of his choice towards the path of lightning as did almost 300 others. On the other side however there is a sight that is truly amusing as a person short of stature and his hair full of curls walked past a girl on his way to the path of sound and slapped her rear end as he continued on his way. He entered the meditative stance that is the final gift given by each of the gods of their respective elements and as this short and heavy set youth entered this state the girl threw a rock at his head thus he was momentarily pulled from the state. After just a second it regained control and continued to show him the scenes of sound however he now saw scenes of beings seeming to shimmer out of existence infront of his very eyes the power of vibrations was a rare sub category of the path of sound and this youth achieved it all because a rock had hit his head and knocked him from the regular path oh well fortune is also a part of fate I suppose. She fumed and then walked down the path of lightning as she relished in the thought of one day getting a few punches to sink into his gut before she entered the meditative stance of the blessing of the lightning god during which she saw the sheer speed of lightning as it's most attractive feature and wished to attain it, and as for Shen who had wandered this path sooner than the rest was enthralled by the chaotic and destructive existence that is lightning.
