Dan tanpa diduga keputusan Naira justru membuatnya dilema, lepas dari sosok Kaira itu Naira pun nyaris kehilangan kasih sayang keluarga keduanya. Parahnya lagi, keputusan Naira itu turut juga menjauhkan Naira dari Zian. Lantas harus bagaimana Naira bersikap, jika Naira lelah menjadi orang lain, tetapi tidak mau juga kehilangan dambaan hati.
