The necromancer cannot provide enough, so he must use the life source surrounding him. The life source is mainly derived from human emotions, scattered throughout civilization. The density of the source varies from place to place, and when it is too high, it can cause unusual events such as the creation of new identities, either physical or spiritual. These identities hold certain powers based on what they represent, and the usage of this outer source is known as magic. As the boy navigates through his new life as a doll, he must rely on his wits and his ability to sense the life source around him to survive each day. With a mysterious and comedic voice, this novel follows the boy's journey as he tries to make sense of his strange new existence and overcome the challenges that come his way.
