AN EXTRA'S POV

The Author's POV

The Author's POV

The person whom the world revolves around. The person who defeats all of his opponents, and ultimately gets the beautiful girl. The sole existence all villains fear. That is the protagonist. What about me? As a failed author who had only one success throughout his whole career, I had reincarnated into my late novel. "This is it" I thought, as I tightly clenched my fist. Did I just get reincarnated in my own novel? Is this where I reincarnate in a novel and become the protagonist? No. Sadly it's not that kind of novel, as I reincarnated as a mob. The world doesn't revolve around me. The girls don't come flocking towards me. The cheat items don't come to me. "Phew" I let out a sigh of relief. "Thank god I'm not the protagonist" I joyfully shouted as tears streamed down my cheeks. Wait, are you curious as to why I don't want to be the protagonist? I did forget to mention the most important thing when I was describing a protagonist. That is... They are calamity magnets. I just died. If I learned something from that, it's that it really isn't a pleasant experience. If possible let me live a long stable life. Thank you, whoever reincarnated me. I would later come to regret these words... ======== Reader Disclaimer : Please read the *Read before reading novel* in synopsis. ======== Credit to _oinkchan for helping me find the previous novel cover Credit to Rengoku for his amazing edit of the new cover. ======== Discord : https://discord.gg/FNAKgfyky4 Patreon : https://www.patreon.com/TheAuthorPOV

The Extra's Survival

The Extra's Survival

Everyone loves the protagonist, many read countless manga, watch countless animes and adore the protagonist of the story. They feel happy when their protagonist wins, feel sad when their protagonist loses. Everyone takes fancy to reading a novel and wished to have time to relive in the world of their favourite novel. But what happens if their wish comes to be true? Is reincarnation as easy as it sounds? Is the person who reincarnated can really change the world to his or her wishes and can survive easily in the world he or she reincarnated into while in their previous world, they were just simple people with no power. This is the story of a boy who died only to reincarnate into a novel he had read 'Dawn of legends'. Unlike in another story, he had reincarnated into an extra who is just cannon fodder in the novels who are just present to be used by the Villains and Protagonists to achieve their goals. At first, he was in despair, shocked and confused about what to do. He racked his mind and tried to survive in this harsh world. He was in a pinch whether to stay low key or use his future knowledge to get stronger or befriend the protagonist. But will everything occur according to his plans? Will the future event follow the same route as described in the novel? Can he overcome all the crises that are about to happen in the future with the future knowledge? Does the world have other plans for him? Is his reincarnation is just a coincidence or does someone or some other forces have a role in it? It is the tale of a simple boy, a boy who is not like other reincarnated who adapt to this world from the very first day and established their dominance, rather it is the tale of the boy who rises and climbs higher, step by step. Accompany Lucas on his journey, who is armed with future knowledge and the help of his system traverses the obstacles in his path while fighting against the dangers of the world which is both, similar and dissimilar to what he once knew, and find out the mystery behind his reincarnation. .......................... The Novel's Extra's Extra

As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same fate of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that. 2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises. 3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self. 4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked. 5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious. 6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series. 7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./ This is already in Scribble Hub and Royal Road under the same username, well, almost, Dvelasquez, because why not, right?

Yes, it can be effective. Using multiple POVs in a so - called 'one POV novel' can add depth and complexity. It allows the reader to see different aspects of the story and gain a more comprehensive understanding. For example, in a mystery novel, the main POV might be the detective, but by adding the POV of a suspect or a witness, new clues and perspectives can be introduced.

One challenge is maintaining consistency. Since it's supposed to be a 'one POV' novel, adding multiple POVs might make the overall tone or voice of the novel seem disjointed. Another challenge is ensuring that each POV adds value. If not done right, some POVs might feel like unnecessary fillers.

PoV(Point of View) was a common web novel writing technique used to describe the subjective perspective and feelings of a character. Below is some analysis of it: 1. Unique writing style: A PVP usually uses a very subjective way to describe the views and feelings of the character, allowing the reader to feel the perspective and emotions of the character and thus have a deeper understanding of the story and the character. 2. Prominent character's personality: Through the character's personality and characteristics, you can get a more vivid description so that readers can understand and remember their image more easily. 3. Create a rich storyline: Through PVP characters, you can freely express their imagination and exploration to create a richer and more interesting storyline. 4. Enhancing the reader's reading experience: Through PVP, readers can feel the emotions and experiences of the characters more immersively, thus enhancing the reader's reading experience. 5. Limit the author's imagination: Since the PVP is usually based on the subjective perspective and feelings of the character, the author needs to limit his imagination to avoid over-letting it go, otherwise it will destroy the cohesiveness and logic of the story. Pov was a very common writing technique for web novels. It could help the author better shape the character image and story to enhance the reader's reading experience, but it also needed to be careful to limit the author's imagination to avoid destroying the cohesiveness and logic of the story.

The first - person POV can be great for a mystery novel. It allows readers to get directly into the mind of the narrator, often the detective or a key character involved in the mystery. This creates an intimate connection and can build suspense as the character discovers clues and tries to solve the mystery.
