What would Naruto's Kamehameha look like in a fanfiction?
His Kamehameha could be much more powerful due to Naruto's huge chakra reserves. It could be a massive blast that not only has the power of the Kamehameha but also Naruto's own unique chakra signature, causing it to have some additional effects like being able to break through certain types of barriers that are resistant to normal attacks.
It might be blue like the original Kamehameha but with a bit of Naruto's chakra color mixed in, like a bright orange or yellow glow around it.
Since Naruto is all about his ninja - way, his Kamehameha could be launched in a more stealthy way. Instead of the big, obvious blast like in Dragon Ball, he might be able to form it quickly and send it out in a more concentrated, ninja - like manner. Maybe it could even be disguised as a normal jutsu at first glance.
