Well, I had a really bad experience. I bought a new laptop online. The shipping took forever. When it finally arrived, the box looked like it had been through a war. It was wet and torn. And inside, the laptop screen was cracked. Apparently, it had been dropped or something during shipping. And the shipping company just blamed it on 'unforeseen circumstances' and didn't take any responsibility.
There was this one time I ordered some clothes. The shipping estimate was 3 - 5 days. After two weeks, it still hadn't arrived. I contacted the seller and they said it had been shipped. Eventually, when it did show up, the clothes were all wrinkled and smelled like they had been stored in a damp place. It was really disgusting and I was so disappointed.
Sure. One shipping horror story is when I ordered a fragile antique vase. It was supposed to be carefully packaged with lots of padding. But when it arrived, the box was all dented and the vase was shattered into pieces. There was hardly any packing material inside. Another time, a package of mine got lost in transit for weeks. I was constantly calling the shipping company but they had no idea where it was until it suddenly showed up at my doorstep months later, damaged.
