Often, they show corporate culture as a complex web of power dynamics. In boardroom romance novels, the corporate culture is a backdrop where competition, ambition, and hierarchies play a big role. It's a world where promotions and business deals are constantly at stake.

These novels usually depict corporate culture as a melting pot of different personalities. You have the cut - throat competitors, the loyal colleagues, and the power - hungry bosses. In the context of a romance, the corporate culture can either be a hindrance or a catalyst for the relationship. For instance, in some novels, a big business deal might bring two characters closer together, while in others, office gossip and rivalries can cause problems for the budding romance.
