What is the 'dreamin wild real story' about?

Chu Sihan, the county magistrate of Xuan Yue Country, is an exceptionally handsome prodigy who had risen to fame since he was a child. However, the National Preceptor prophesies that he would not live to the age of thirty, unless he marries the Lu Family's daughter from Liu Yue Village. There is a huge gap between the story of anime and the realistic story of Pokemon. This light novel closes that gap and gives the viewers a believable and exciting story with lots of adventure. Follow our protagonist Axel Blaze, a reincarnated person. With his knowledge of the previous Pokemon world, he hopes to dominate the world. But after he realizes how very wrong he was. This novel has a system, just to make things fun, the story is not focused on it though. Of all the worlds I could have been reincarnated into of course it had to be the one full of giant mutant lizards, cannibal rapists, radioactive zombies, and secret sci-fi shadow organizations! The only thing that could make this any worse was if... wait, what the hell? Was that Yoruichi from Bleach? Why is she here? Wow she's even hotter in real life!
