Well, in my high school, there were two classmates dating. The guy was on the football team and the girl was in the choir. One day, the guy decided to serenade the girl during lunch break. He got his football buddies to hold up signs with love quotes while he sang a really off - key song. Everyone was watching and laughing, but the girl was blushing and really happy. They became the 'it' couple after that.

Here's another story. There was a couple who were both really into academics. They had a study date once in the library. But instead of just studying, they started having a silent competition of who could stack the most books on their heads without making them fall. They were so quiet about it that no one noticed at first. When the librarian saw them, she couldn't help but chuckle. And that became their little inside joke in their relationship.
