What could be an interesting plot for a My Hero Academia Day Care fanfiction?

A cool plot might be that the villains from My Hero Academia make a deal with Shang Tsung. In exchange for power, they bring the chaos of the Mortal Kombat world to their own. All Might then has to lead the remaining heroes, some of whom learn Mortal Kombat fighting styles, to stop the villains and the new threat from the other universe.

Maybe the plot involves a device created by Stark Industries that malfunctions and creates a portal between the two universes. The heroes from both sides initially have some misunderstandings and fight each other. But then they realize that there is a greater threat. The My Hero Academia students could learn a lot from the Avengers' teamwork and fighting styles, while the Avengers are impressed by the creativity of the quirks. They then join forces to stop a group of villains who are trying to use the portal to invade both worlds.

One idea could be that the Pokemon world has some sort of villainous force that is affecting the balance of power, similar to the villains in My Hero Academia. The heroes from My Hero Academia are transported to the Pokemon world to help. They could team up with Pokemon trainers and use their quirks in combination with Pokemon attacks to fight against the common enemy.

One possible interesting plot could be a new management system in the hero school that focuses on a more collaborative approach between students and teachers. For example, students could be involved in creating new training programs based on their own unique quirks.
