At a school play, I was supposed to be a tree in the background. I was daydreaming and missed my cue to walk on stage. When I finally realized and rushed out, I tripped over a prop and fell flat on my face. The whole audience saw it and started laughing. I was so embarrassed, but it did make the play more memorable in a way. I still cringe when I think about it.
Once, I went to a job interview. I was so nervous that when I stood up to shake hands with the interviewer, I accidentally knocked over my full cup of coffee. It splashed all over their important papers and my own resume. I was mortified as I tried to quickly clean it up with tissues, but it just made a bigger mess. The interviewer was nice about it, but needless to say, I didn't get the job.
Once, I went to a job interview. I was at a friend's party. I saw a big, comfy-looking chair and immediately sat on it without realizing it was a broken chair. As soon as I sat, it collapsed under me. Everyone burst into laughter while I was lying there among the broken pieces, feeling both embarrassed and amused at the same time. I still get teased about it by my friends.
I was in a hurry to get to work one day. I got into the elevator and started talking to who I thought was my coworker. I was complaining about our boss and all kinds of work stuff. When the elevator stopped and I looked up, it was a client. I was so embarrassed. But later, when I met the client again, we joked about it and it was actually quite funny.

I was babysitting two kids. I made them some sandwiches for lunch. But I accidentally put peanut butter on the bread when one of the kids was allergic to peanuts. Thankfully, I noticed just as they were about to take a bite. It was really embarrassing and I learned to always double - check food allergies.
Once at work, I was in a big hurry to get to a meeting. I accidentally walked into the wrong conference room where a completely different department was having a serious discussion. I just stood there for a second, shocked, and then mumbled an apology and scurried out. Everyone was looking at me like I was crazy.
I was wearing a new pair of shoes to school. They were a bit too big for me. As I was walking down the hall, one of my shoes slipped off and flew in front of a really cute guy. I had to hop over to pick it up while everyone was looking and laughing. It was such an embarrassing moment, but now I can laugh about it.
