His relationship with Sasuke would be very different. Sasuke might see Naruto in a new light, perhaps with more respect as he's achieved the highest position in the village. They might be a bit more cautious around him at first, but Naruto would make sure to keep their friendships strong. And his relationship with the older generation like Tsunade would shift. She'd probably have to trust Naruto more and give him more responsibilities, which could be a bit of a struggle for her at first.
