In an English exam, we had to write a story. One of my classmates was writing about a detective. But instead of using 'detective', he accidentally wrote 'defective' all the time. The teacher was really confused when reading his paper and we all had a good laugh when she read out some parts of it to the class. He was so embarrassed.
