What are the scariest elements in Horror Mall Stories?

It makes you wonder what could be making those noises when there's no one else around. Another scary part is seeing strange apparitions. Just the sight of something that doesn't seem normal, like a shadowy figure that moves in an unnatural way, is really terrifying.
