The most interesting plot might be Naruto being visited by Acnologia in his dreams. Acnologia starts to teach Naruto some of his secrets in the dream world. Naruto then has to figure out how to apply these teachings in the real world. This causes him to question his own beliefs and ninja techniques as he tries to incorporate what he's learned from Acnologia.
Perhaps the most interesting plot would be a crossover of sorts. Naruto discovers a way to enter Acnologia's world. There, he has to survive in a completely different environment with different rules. He has to learn how to use his ninja skills in this new world while also trying to understand Acnologia better. Along the way, he might make new allies and enemies, and his presence could change the balance of power in Acnologia's world. All the while, he has to figure out how to get back to his own world and use what he's learned there.
