Naruto might also recruit some of the younger generation of ninjas. Boruto could be a part of it, learning from his father and also bringing his own unique skills. Sarada, with her Uchiha blood and potential, would be an asset. And Mitsuki, with his snake - like abilities, could offer something different. He may also look outside the ninja world and recruit some villagers who have special skills like the best blacksmith in the village to make weapons for the guild or a talented cook to keep everyone well - fed.
He would probably recruit his friends first. Sasuke could be a great addition with his powerful Sharingan abilities. Sakura with her medical ninjutsu skills would be valuable for taking care of the guild members' injuries. Shikamaru, being intelligent and a great strategist, could plan out the guild's actions. And Choji, with his strength, could be useful in physical tasks or battles.
In addition to his friends and the younger generation, Naruto could recruit some of the more reclusive characters in the Naruto universe. For example, Kakashi, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, could be a mentor within the guild. Jiraiya, if he were still alive, would be an obvious choice with his vast knowledge of the ninja world and his powerful jutsu. And perhaps even some of the jinchuriki like Gaara, who could offer his sand - based powers and his wisdom from ruling his own village.
Itachi could be a likely candidate. He has always had a complex relationship with Naruto. He knows Naruto's potential and his importance in Sasuke's life. Itachi might see Naruto as a key to changing the Akatsuki from within. He could approach Naruto with his calm and mysterious demeanor, explaining to him the real goals of the Akatsuki that are hidden beneath their violent exterior.
Naruto might recruit individuals who have unique talents that can contribute to the clan. For example, someone with exceptional medical ninjutsu skills could be a valuable addition. He may also look for those who have a great deal of loyalty and perseverance, as these are qualities he values highly. In addition, he could recruit those who have been ostracized or overlooked in the village, giving them a new family and purpose within his clan.
Naruto would probably start by recruiting his friends and their families. He knows them well and trusts them, and they share his values. He could also offer a new start to people who have been ostracized from other villages. His reputation as a hero would attract many who are looking for a better place to live.
His first recruit could be Neville Longbottom. Neville has proven himself to be brave and skilled in magic, especially after his growth during the Battle of Hogwarts. He would be a great asset to the sellsword company with his knowledge of herbology, which could come in handy for making potions for protection or healing in their missions.
Another possible antagonist could be a rogue ninja from Hailbel's past. This ninja could have a vendetta against her family or something she did in the past. When he discovers that Hailbel is with Naruto, he decides to take them both on. He might have some unique and dangerous techniques that Naruto and Hailbel have to figure out how to counter.
Ninjas, of course! They would come to relax after a long day of training or missions. Also, fans of the ninja world from within the story would be there. Maybe even some of the village leaders would stop by to show support for the local business.
It really depends on the context. If it's a physical fight based on brute strength, Naruto would likely have the upper hand. He has access to the Nine - Tails' chakra which gives him superhuman strength. But if it's a fight that involves strategy and medical ninjutsu, Sakura could potentially win. She's a very intelligent fighter and her medical skills could be used in a creative way to disable Naruto.
He would likely interact with the Dragonborn. They could have an interesting exchange of skills, with Naruto showing off his Rasengan and the Dragonborn demonstrating shouts. He might also meet the various Jarls in the different holds, trying to understand their leadership styles which are different from the Hokage in Konoha.
I think Gaara could be an ally. Gaara has control over sand and is very powerful. He and Naruto have a mutual respect for each other. Additionally, Jiraiya. Jiraiya was Naruto's mentor and has a vast knowledge of different jutsu and combat techniques that could be used against Omega Shenron.
Iruka sensei might also be involved. He has always been like a father figure to Naruto. He could give Naruto the confidence he needs and maybe even help him plan the location for the proposal, perhaps a place that has sentimental value for both Naruto and Hinata related to Naruto's early days at the academy.
