There was a situation where a foreign service team was sent to a country during a civil war. Their accommodation was bombed multiple times. They had to constantly move from one safe place to another. Communication was difficult as the local infrastructure was destroyed. And on top of that, they had to try and continue their diplomatic work, like helping their own citizens stuck in the war - torn country. It was a very difficult and scary time for them.
