A funny thing that often occurs is when relatives start to tell old, embarrassing stories about each other during Thanksgiving dinner. For example, the time when Uncle Bob fell asleep in the mashed potatoes when he was really tired after a long journey. And everyone has a good laugh about it. Thanksgiving is also a time when pets can create funny situations. There was a cat that once jumped onto the table and stole a piece of turkey right from under everyone's nose, causing a lot of chaos and laughter.
