And then there was a story of a woman who dreamed she was being chased by a faceless figure through a maze of endless corridors. She was so terrified that she woke up sweating.

There was an asylum where the lights would flicker constantly. One night, a new nurse was on duty. She saw a figure in the hallway, but when she blinked, it was gone. Then she heard a child crying. There were no children in the asylum. She was so scared that she quit the next day. Another story is about an asylum that had a locked room. When they finally opened it, they found old medical records and a doll with a creepy face, and after that, strange things started to happen all over the asylum.

One scary landlord story I heard was about a landlord who would enter the tenant's apartment without permission. He would claim he was checking for maintenance issues, but it made the tenant feel very violated. Eventually, the tenant had to involve the authorities to get the landlord to stop.

There was a story where a person went to a new dentist. During the examination, the dentist seemed very distracted. When he started drilling, he drilled too deep into a healthy part of the tooth by mistake. The patient felt an intense pain and the whole experience was terrifying. It led to a lot of complications later on as the tooth got infected.

One scary torture story is about the Inquisition. People were often tortured in cruel ways if they were suspected of heresy. They might be stretched on the rack, which slowly pulled their limbs apart, causing unbearable pain.

My friend's sister had a breakup that was quite scary. Her boyfriend was very controlling during their relationship. When she finally decided to break up with him, he started stalking her. He would show up at her work, her home, and even follow her when she went out with friends. She was so scared for her safety that she had to get a restraining order. It was a long and terrifying process for her to get her life back to normal.

A priest was called in for an exorcism. During the process, the priest felt an intense coldness and a strong force pushing him. But he continued the ritual and finally, the strange occurrences stopped.
