Star Wars Zillo Beast Fanfiction: Who could be the main character in such a story?

The Zillo Beast should be shown as a powerful and fearsome creature. Describe its massive size, with scales that can deflect blaster bolts. It could move with a lumbering gait that still manages to be surprisingly fast when it charges.

Perhaps a story set during the Clone Wars where the Republic discovers a way to control the Zillo Beast and uses it as a weapon against the Separatists. But things go awry when the Beast breaks free from its control and starts wreaking havoc on both sides of the war, forcing the Jedi and the clones to find a new solution to stop it.

One idea could be a story where a young Jedi has to face the Zillo Beast in a secret underground lair on Coruscant. The Jedi must use the Force to understand the beast's motives rather than simply fight it.

A scruffy - looking smuggler like Han Solo would be a great main character. He has the charm, the piloting skills, and the roguish attitude that would fit well into this kind of story.

It could also be an older, grizzled scout who has seen many battles and has a wealth of knowledge. This character could be a bit of a loner, preferring to work alone but getting drawn into a larger conflict. He might have some unique skills like being an expert in stealth or tracking. For example, he could be able to track down the most elusive bounty hunters or find hidden Rebel bases. He has a past full of secrets that gradually unfold as the story progresses.

It could be a young Jedi in training, someone full of potential but still inexperienced.
