Reincarnating as Tyrion Lannister would be really interesting. He's already a complex character with a sharp mind. As someone reincarnated, you could use your modern ideas to enhance his political acumen even more. You could also try to change his relationship with his family for the better, or at least make his life less miserable while still being the clever dwarf everyone fears and respects in the political arena.
I think reincarnating as Arya Stark would be fascinating. You would already have her skills as a fighter, but with your reincarnated knowledge, you could be even more strategic. You could perhaps find a way to end the war more quickly by assassinating key enemies, or use your understanding of different cultures to form new alliances. And of course, you could continue her journey of revenge in a more calculated and effective way.
Definitely Jaime Lannister. His character had a lot of development in the original series. If reincarnated, he could either redeem himself even further or take a completely different path. He might try to make amends for his past actions by becoming a true knight, or he could turn against his family if he realizes the toxicity of their ways. His reincarnation would bring a whole new set of possibilities to the story.
Reincarnating as Carlisle Cullen could be interesting. You could explore his past more deeply and maybe change some of his decisions regarding the vampire lifestyle. Another option would be to reincarnate as Rosalie Hale. You could show her softer side and how she copes with her past traumas in a different way.
I think Daenerys Targaryen would be really interesting. If she were reincarnated, she could use her past experiences to be an even more powerful and just ruler. She already had a complex journey in the original series, and reincarnation would add more depth to her character. She might be able to avoid some of the mistakes she made in her first life, like trusting the wrong people.
Being reincarnated into Master Roshi would be an unexpected but fascinating choice. With the knowledge of modern times, the reincarnated person could introduce new training techniques to Goku and Krillin from the very beginning. They could also use Roshi's pervy side in a more comical way to create some light - hearted moments while still being a respected martial arts master.
Cersei could be the most interesting in a sense. If she were reincarnated, she could either double down on her power - hungry ways or completely change. Maybe she could learn from her past mistakes and become a more benevolent ruler. Or she could use her reincarnation as a way to exact revenge on those who opposed her in her previous life in more devious and calculated ways.
Reincarnating as Midoriya Izuku before he gets One For All would be a great choice. You could then explore different ways he could have become a hero without inheriting that quirk. He could develop his own unique fighting style based on his intelligence and analysis skills. Also, reincarnating as Todoroki Shoto and changing his relationship with his father from the start, perhaps leading to a more harmonious family and a different kind of hero development for Todoroki.
Jon Snow is quite popular. People like to be reincarnated as him because he has a lot of potential for growth and a mysterious backstory. They can use their new knowledge to perhaps avoid some of his tragedies and rise to power more quickly.
Black Widow. She's a master spy and assassin. In the world of Game of Thrones, she could easily blend in with the various spies and informants. She could play the game of thrones better than most of the characters there, using her charm and combat skills to manipulate the situation to her advantage. She might even be able to uncover some of the deepest secrets of the Seven Kingdoms.
Jon Snow would also be a great addition. His journey from being a bastard to a leader in Game of Thrones could be paralleled in the world of Frozen. He could learn from Elsa about controlling his powers (if we assume he has some new ice - related powers in this crossover) and in turn, teach the people of Arendelle about loyalty and sacrifice, which are values he has held dear in Westeros.
I think Arya Stark would be really interesting. In life, she was a fierce assassin. In the afterlife, she could use her skills in different ways. Maybe she's on a mission to hunt down the spirits of those who wronged her family. Or she could be teaching other souls self - defense in this new realm.
