What could happen during the Girl Scouts' very wet elf adventure?

Then they all had a great time sharing treats and tales together.

A very busy day in a city can be chaotic. There could be protesters on the streets, causing disruptions to traffic and daily life. In the hospitals, doctors and nurses are running around taking care of patients. In the markets, vendors are shouting to attract customers and trying to sell their goods as quickly as possible. It's a day where everyone seems to be in a hurry.
