What are some of the funniest beach stories you've heard?

A story I heard was about a couple on a beach holiday. The man wanted to show off his surfing skills. He paddled out and stood up on his board for about two seconds before a huge wave crashed over him and sent him flying. His board hit another surfer, and he had to swim over to apologize all embarrassed.

There was a story of an IT team that was migrating data. They accidentally moved all the old photos from the company's archive to the CEO's personal folder. The CEO was quite surprised when he opened his folder and saw all those old memories. It made for a very funny situation.
