Who could be the antagonists in a 'naruto is a jail braker' fanfiction?

Maybe Naruto breaks out of a prison in a hidden village where he was wrongly imprisoned. He then has to evade capture while trying to prove his innocence.

It could be Danzo. He's always been a bit of a shady character in the Naruto series. He might see Naruto as a threat to his power and influence in the village. So, he could frame Naruto for some crime and get him sent to jail just to eliminate his competition.

One potential antagonist could be a group of rogue ninjas who see Sarada's pregnancy as a sign of weakness in the village. They might try to target her to cause chaos. Another could be a jealous rival who doesn't like the attention Sarada is getting due to her pregnancy and her connection to Naruto.

It could be Orochimaru. He might be interested in the baby's unique genetic makeup, thinking he can use it to create more powerful experiments. He has always been obsessed with power and the baby's combination of Naruto and Temari's abilities would be very appealing to him.

Madara Uchiha could also be a possible antagonist in this scenario. Even if he is dead in the original story, in a fanfiction, his lingering influence or a resurrected form could manipulate Naruto. Madara was always against Konoha's ideals to some extent and might use Naruto as a tool to destroy what he hated.

They think Naruto is being reckless and they will do anything to stop him, including framing him for crimes he didn't commit and turning his friends against him, all in an effort to keep Kurama sealed.

A group of rogue ninjas who have made the island their base could be antagonists. They might see Naruto as a threat to their operations on the island.

It could be the remnants of old enemy clans who see Naruto as the last obstacle to their full control. For example, some rogue members of the Orochimaru - inspired groups might want to capture Naruto to extract his unique abilities since he's the last of his kind.
