One of my friends had a great first date. They met at a coffee shop. They talked about their hobbies, like reading and traveling. They found out they both love old bookstores. By the end of the date, they planned another meet - up at a local used bookstore. It was really a simple but successful first date.

Well, once my friend went on a first date at a zoo. They were looking at the monkeys when a monkey suddenly threw some poop. It almost landed on her date! They both burst out laughing and it actually broke the ice really well.

One perfect first date story is when a couple went to a local fair. They held hands while walking around, trying different carnival games. The guy won a big teddy bear for the girl at the ring - toss. Then they shared a funnel cake and watched the sunset from the Ferris wheel. It was simple yet filled with laughter and new experiences.
