Tell me another scary story

A young boy moved into a new house. At night, he would hear scratching noises coming from the attic. One night, he couldn't resist his curiosity and went up to the attic with a flashlight. In the attic, he saw a large, shadowy shape in the corner. It started to move towards him slowly. He ran back down the stairs, but the scratching followed him all the way to his bedroom door. He hid under his covers, but he could still hear the scratching, as if something was trying to get in.

On a stormy night, a sailor named Ben was alone on his ship. The waves were crashing violently against the hull. Suddenly, he saw a figure on the deck. It was a man in tattered clothes, drenched in water. Ben thought it was another sailor who had fallen overboard and managed to climb back on. But the car started to act strangely, accelerating on its own. The man tried to stop it but couldn't. He realized that he had picked up something that wasn't human.
