For me, the most memorable experience on the first day of high school was making new friends. I met this really cool group of people during lunch. We just started chatting about our favorite classes and hobbies, and it was so easy to get along. It made me feel excited for the rest of the school year knowing I had already found some great friends.
The first day of high school was quite nerve - wracking for me. But what stands out the most is when I entered my first class and saw the teacher's really engaging introduction to the subject.
