Can you share some funny field trip stories?

I was on a trip to a big city. I took the wrong bus and ended up in a neighborhood I had never heard of. But it turned out to be a really interesting place with unique shops and friendly locals. I spent the whole day there, exploring and having a great time. It was a funny start to what became an amazing day.

Once on a field trip to an old abandoned mansion, we heard strange noises coming from the attic. As we climbed the creaky stairs, the temperature dropped suddenly. When we reached the attic, a cold wind blew out our candles, and we saw a shadowy figure move. We ran out of there as fast as we could.

On a school trip to a historical site, we were all walking around looking at old buildings. One of the students accidentally walked into a pole while staring up at a really tall tower. He was okay but we all had a great laugh. It became a running joke for the rest of the trip.

Well, I remember a car trip where we had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. While we were trying to change the tire, a group of cows from a nearby field came over and just stared at us. One of them even mooed really loudly as if it was criticizing our tire - changing skills. It was hilarious and made a rather annoying situation quite fun.

Once I went on a road trip. We planned to go camping. But halfway, we realized we forgot the tent poles. So we ended up using sticks and ropes to hold up the tent. It looked like a crazy, lopsided mess but it was hilarious.

Well, once my friend thought he could fly during a weed trip. He climbed onto the roof and was about to jump when we managed to stop him. It was terrifying but also kind of hilarious in retrospect. He just had this crazy idea in his head that he was a superhero or something.

On a mushroom trip in the forest, my friend was so excited when he thought he found a rare mushroom. He started yelling and jumping around. But when we got closer, it turned out to be just a common one with a bit of an odd shape. His disappointed face was hilarious. And then he tripped over a log while sulking about it.

Sure. One time I went on a psychedelic trip in the woods. I started seeing the trees as these giant, friendly guardians. Their branches were like arms waving at me. I felt like I was in a fairytale forest and every little animal sound was like a secret message. It was really hilarious because I ended up having a full - on conversation with a squirrel that I thought was the king of the forest.
