What are the most memorable funny work stories you've heard?

A transgender colleague of mine once accidentally walked into the wrong gender - specific restroom at work. It was a genuine mistake as they were still getting used to their new identity at work. When they realized, they came out blushing and told the story to everyone later. It was a bit embarrassing at first but then everyone had a good laugh about it.
