One of the main challenges was time management. High school had a lot of homework and extracurricular activities. It was hard to find time for regular workouts. Another challenge was peer pressure. Sometimes, my friends would want to go out for junk food instead of hitting the gym. But I had to stay focused on my fitness goals.

Well, my journey in choosing a school was mainly based on the reputation. I heard that a certain school had great teachers who were really dedicated. So I applied there and got in. It turned out to be a great choice as the teaching methods were really effective.

I started my fitness journey when I saw a picture of myself and didn't like how I looked. I joined a local gym. At first, I was intimidated by all the equipment. But I started with simple exercises like lifting light weights and doing bodyweight squats. I made friends at the gym who motivated me.
