What is the basis of The Watcher story?

A Watcher for the God of War returns to the world under abnormal circumstances after being murdered with the love of his life. He still remembers his previous life though there are some grey areas in his memories which he cannot assess yet due to him not possessing his real body. This hampers his strength a great deal as he deals with attacks from fellow Watchers and forces of darkness. On the other hand, the love of his life reincarnates with no memories of him or her past life. She is more powerful than in her previous life, probably more powerful than anyone alive. Dwelling in human settlements where witches are being hunted massively, she's forced to live the early parts of her life in the shadows. But as she grows, her power can no longer be contained as she becomes a target for humans and her kind. The Watcher must reunite with his love, understand why they both returned the way they did, uncover the real reason why they were murdered, bring their killer to justice, and fight off further attempts on their lives. Mereka menawarkan anak-anak panti untuk bermain di karnival berjalan milik donatur. Semuanya tampak aman-aman saja, tetapi Bianca yang merupakan sahabat karibnya tiba-tiba menghilang tanpa jejak. Anastasia berusaha mencari keberadaan temannya itu. Setelah diteliti lebih lanjut, temannya ternyata diculik oleh satu satu mahluk yang sama persis menyerangnya waktu itu.
