Maybe they're short on time or have other priorities at the moment. They might plan to view it later when they have more free time.
Perhaps they liked the concept or summary of your story but are waiting for the right mood or occasion to actually view it. Sometimes people need to be in a specific frame of mind to fully engage with a story.
It could be that they just heard good things about your story from someone else and gave a like based on that recommendation. But they haven't actually had the chance to check it out themselves yet.
