Nalan Xingde (1655 - 1685) was a famous writer, poet and politician in the early Qing Dynasty. He was one of the outstanding representatives in the field of literature in the Qing Dynasty, known as "the best Ci in the Qing Dynasty". His Ci was fresh, bright, sincere, deep, and had a unique artistic charm. Nalan Xingde was born in the fourth year of Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1665).
