The fujoshi in anime usually referred to young women who liked boys'love. The term fujoshi originated from the Japanese word for "fujoshi"(), which meant "women who like love." In anime, fujoshi often referred to female characters who were interested in the TL culture such as TL works, TL novels, and liked to appreciate and support TL love. Fujoshi often expressed their love and pursuit for the works and culture of TL in anime and would even actively participate in related social activities and discussions. The image of fujoshi in anime was sometimes called the "representative of fujoshi culture." It should be noted that fujoshi does not mean that all female fujoshi culture that likes to be in a relationship with a woman does not mean that they are in a relationship with a woman. Fujoshi was a specific group of people. They had their own understanding and views on the love and pursuit of TL works and TL culture.
