Jian 'an literature referred to the literature of the Three Kingdoms period (206 - 220 AD), also known as the literature of the Three Kingdoms period. The literary works of this period included poems, essays, novels, and many other literary forms. Some of these works were still widely read, such as Cao Cao's Short Song Journey, Guan Yu's Linjiang Immortal, Zhuge Liang's Book of Commandments, etc. In Jian 'an literature, poetry was one of the most famous forms. The poems of this period included Cao Cao's Watching the Sea, Cao Pi's Song of the Swallow, and Cao Zhi's Farewell to the Ancient Grass. These works were famous for their vivid descriptions, vigorous boldness of vision, and profound thoughts, and were hailed as one of the peaks of Chinese classical literature. Jian 'an literature had a profound influence on later literature. It not only enriched the content and form of Chinese classical literature, but also created many new literary schools and creative methods, such as the idyllic school, the landscape idyllic school, the graceful school and so on.
