Morning Flowers and Evening Collection was a collection of some of Lu Xun's prose works from the May 4th Movement to the founding of the People's Republic of China. These works covered literature, philosophy, history, society, culture and many other fields with high ideology, artistic value and literary value. The following is an extract from the original text of "Morning Flowers Picking Up in the Evening": [Dog's refutation] "Dogs understand human nature, so they can curse and bite. When they cursed, they were actually scolding themselves, and when they bit, they were actually protecting themselves. So dogs will always be dogs. They will never be as rational as humans." Cat City "Cats are the smartest animals. They can use any opportunity to get food. They could catch mice, birds, and fish. They would use the stupidity of humans to deceive them. So cats will always be cats. They will never have thoughts and rationality like humans." The True Story of Ah Q "Ah Q is the most successful animal. They can deceive all enemies. They could play dumb, pretend to be pitiful, and pretend to be saints. They would take advantage of human kindness to obtain food. Therefore, Ah Q will always be Ah Q. They will never be as rational as humans."
