In order to better improve our physical fitness and tennis level, we decided to do morning exercises every Friday morning from 7:00 to 8:00. Before the event begins, all members are requested to arrive at the venue in advance to ensure the normal use of the venue and equipment. Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the event so that we have enough time to warm up and prepare. The morning exercise activities mainly include the following: 1. Warm-up exercise: perform appropriate warm-up exercises to increase body temperature and blood circulation to prevent sports injuries. 2. tennis practice: we will practice all kinds of tennis, including serving, receiving, rubbing, intercepting, etc. to improve our tennis skills and physical fitness. 3. Aerobic exercise: Do an appropriate amount of exercise to improve our heart and lung function and endurance to enhance our physical fitness. 4. Relaxation exercises: perform some relaxation exercises such as deep breathing, yoga, etc. to relieve muscle fatigue and stress so that we can be more comfortable and relaxed during training.
