Water margin was one of the four famous Chinese classical novels. It told the story of 108 Liangshan heroes who gathered together and rebelled against the imperial court. The first to the fortieth chapters of the novel described the creation, growth, and ultimate failure of the Liangshan heroes. In the first chapter, the heroes of Liangshan were persecuted by the government and forced to revolt. In the second episode, the heroes of Liangshan received the support of Lu Junyi and others and began to establish a base in Liangshan Lake. In the third chapter, the Liangshan heroes officially became kings and formulated a program of loyalty. In the fourth chapter, the heroes of Zhongliang Mountain attacked the capital of the imperial court with the help of Wu Yong, Gongsun Sheng and others. In the fifth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan Mountain began the journey of "Ten Tiger Generals of Liangshan Lake" and defeated Yelu Zongbao of Liao. In the sixth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan and a group of righteous men from Liangshan Lake began the journey of "Thirty-six Heroes of Liangshan Lake" and defeated King Xiao of Liao. In the seventh chapter, the heroes of Liangshan received the death of Lu Junyi and others and began the journey of "Ten Tiger Generals of Liangshan Lake" and defeated the Golden Gunner Xu Ning. In the eighth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan were defeated at Zhu Village, but under the leadership of Lin Chong, they successfully occupied Liangshan Lake. In the ninth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan began to fight against the imperial court and formulated a new program of "Thirty-six Heroes of Liangshan Lake" at the Liangshan Lake Juyi Hall. In the tenth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan were killed by Zhu Tong, Lei Heng and others of the imperial court in the Juyi Hall of Liangshan Lake. In the eleventh chapter, the heroes of Liangshan began the journey of "Ten Tiger Generals of Liangshan Lake" and defeated King Xiao of Liao. In the twelfth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan and a group of righteous men from Liangshan Lake began the journey of "Thirty-six Heroes of Liangshan Lake" and defeated the Golden Gunner Xu Ning. In the thirteenth chapter, the heroes of Liangshan were defeated by the encirclement and suppression of the Three Mountains and Five Tigers, but under the leadership of Lin Chong, they successfully occupied Liangshan Lake.
