Ren Junfei was a Chinese basketball player who won a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. However, he suffered a serious injury at the 2014 World Cup, causing him to miss most of the games. He started his career with the Beijing Shougang team of the Chinese Professional Basketball League (CBA) but was forced to leave the team in 2018 because of an incurable knee injury. Ren Junfei had performed well in his career and was known as "Asia's number one point guard." His speed, ball control and passing awareness were all top-notch and he was very calm and focused on the pitch. His tenacity and perseverance were also important factors in his success. Even though he had once hit rock bottom, he did not give up his love for basketball. He believed that as long as he persevered, he would be able to find his place. Therefore, he had been actively training and trying new treatment methods, hoping to recover as soon as possible and embark on the road of basketball again. His determination and perseverance also made him a well-respected basketball player.
