Excerpted from the famous book,"Childhoods": Alexei Dawlyanov Nikolayevich Bukharin was a lovely boy. He had a pair of bright eyes, black hair, and a tall and strong body. He was very smart and good at learning. He had a keen sense of observation and humor about people and things around him. When he was young, he lived in a world full of superstition and absurdity. His father was a doctor and his mother was a gardener. They lived in a small village called Kalubsk. In this world, people believed in some strange things such as " angels can sing " and some supernatural powers. Alexei also believed in these strange things. He believed that there was a kind of "divine power" in this world that could protect him and his family. Alexei and his family often participated in strange rituals such as singing hymns and praying dances. They believed that these rituals could make the " divine power " stronger and protect their health. Although Alexei and his family lived in a world full of superstition and absurdity, they still had strong beliefs and the courage to face life bravely. They firmly believed that they could overcome all difficulties and setbacks. Alexei is a very lovely boy. He has a bright future. He has unlimited possibilities. He is a man worthy of our respect. His story will always leave a deep impression on people.
