The applicants who are mainly engaged in literary translation work should have a professional technical title of at least assistant lecturer, have published more than two translated works in books, or have published more than 200,000 words of translated works in professional academic newspapers and publicly distributed literary journals and newspapers. 4. The applicants who were mainly engaged in literary editing should have the professional title of assistant lecturer or above, and their achievements should be outstanding. 5. The applicants who are mainly engaged in the work of literary organizations should hold major positions in provincial literary associations or writers 'associations, or have been engaged in literary organizations for more than five years in prefecture-level literary associations or writers' associations, and have made certain contributions to the development of literature. When a political officer applied for membership, they would be strictly controlled according to their literary achievements and go through the necessary procedures.
