AN: not a filler.
After the match I was invited to meet the president. "oh Kaneki, well done we have a bronze medal after so long." He praised, Tony was on my side looking at the president "That was nothing, sir Trump. I am targeting for the gold." I said. He nodded "That is what I want you to do, try to get the gold . It will be game-changing for the US. By the way how is the preparation going for tomorrow's match?" he asked, "the preparations are going smoothly, all he now needs is some rest." Said Tony. The president bobbed his head "Then I won't waste both of your time. Get plenty of rest, if you need anything just ask Tony, he will get you that." After that, I left saying goodbye.
"Tony the president told me that I can get anything I want, wanna go on a shopping spree," I asked, he gave me a complicated look "Meh, nah. I am not interested in stuff that is not related to science. If you can buy me some uranium, then maybe." he said. "did you forgot that you are here to serve me, stop acting like you don't care and come with me. I will also ask Momo to come with me." Saying this I called Momo and told her about my plan, "I will come but why are you spending other's money, I have a credit card. We can use that" She said, "No girl I am going to make the US bankrupt, so no credit cards. Just be ready I will come and pick you up there.". I went to take a shower. There are only 6 hours left before the night settles, I have to be quick if not I won't get any sleep.
"I need you to find the most expensive manor, ok" I said to Tony, he nodded lazily, I then went to Momo's room where she was wearing a red gown and a black bracelet "How do I look?" she asked in her cheery voice. "you look beautiful as always. Now are you ready to go", she nodded with a smile. Momo, Tony and I grouped in the lunch hall, "Tony how is the research coming up did you find something interesting? It doesn't need to be big." I said, he nodded "I looked up a few but all of them either set used for filming purposes or they are only willing to give it for lease like ten years. I asked my father about the situation and he recommended to visit his old property in Nagaland.", I gave him a sly eye "You guys are planning to sell some shit to me." I said. He just shrugged "That place belonged to a fellow researcher who worked with my father but went missing. here is the location, it's deep in the forest. The only road to that place is overgrown by trees. So this will be a perfect place to fuck around with your gf", "Hey language" I said and looked at Momo who was flushed in red. "give me the coordinates" I said and teleported the three of us to the place.
"it's really cold frigid like Boston, is this the right place" I asked looking at the completely filled forest, shivering in my boots. Momo was no different she was also dancing on her legs. "we are at the location, move to the right" he said I kept rubbing my palms on my shoulders, I slowly walked to the right, suddenly the location turned from a dence forest to a castle, "what kind of witchcraft is this" asked Momo, I too was surprised by the sudden emergence of the building out of nowhere. "the researcher who used to live here had an invisible barrier set. That's why the castle is hidden." Tony said walking towards the castle. The castle looked like a haunted house, with roots of tree grown all over the palace, it was made from unpolished black rock with some white marble on the steps. I walked with him, "look, that small building is a vine cellar. " he said, "let's first get inside," said Momo clearly not interested in the vine cellar. I looked at the building it was a lot smaller than that of the castle. I pushed the grand door made from a brown black wood.
The door made a distinctive creaking noise, "whoa" I said looking at the inside of the place. It had a grand staircase, connecting to the top floor. " this castle was built in the British era, at first it was used to keep the so-called Witches in control. But then it was sold to the US government, after which it was bought by my father's friend James Von Allure. He stayed in here for the rest of his life with his family till they went missing" Tony said in a eerie tone. "I want this" I said, "I haven't even told you about the other things in the palace yet. Also, the story I said should have scared you" he said, "Kaneki I think we should first look at the place. This place has an eerie silence to it, I'm not too fond of this place.", see that's the exact reason why I want this, I can prank Momo without arousing any suspicion. Also, the place looked alright not the best I could have asked for but it's okay. I looked at a male paint hanging on the wall, "is this James von Allure at his young age," asked Momo, "No that's my old man at his young age. He was assigned the job to find what was quirk, and how it was manifested in this world." He said, "But wasn't your father a principal." I asked, "No, not in the beginning. first, you should know about the quirk he holds. His quirk is longevity and young age. The image on the wall was from around 180 years ago when my father was working on a plan to create an infinite power source called the arc reactor. The sudden emergence of quirk made the US focus on the quirk more than arc reactor." I gulped that old hag has an anti ageing and slow progression, also he was more than 180 years old.
