A palace resembling the one in Theo's memory is created by tower in the middle of the dimension, prepared by the tower. The palace is identical to Anor Londo in Dark Souls 3. It is vast; one person cannot live here.
All the gods who come are surprised by the palace because no one expected such a large area and palace.
And they all stand in front of the palace door, and then the massive door opens, revealing Theo sitting alone on the throne.
