After the spar, Aletta led Celestiel to the dining room where the Queen mother was already sat, awaiting the princess. Her eyes brightened comically as she beckoned Celestiel to her side.
"Seat by me, Celestiel," the smile on the Queen mother's face was infectious such that Celestiel found herself unconsciously returning the smile.
"Yes, mother," she replied. She did not miss the glare lady Amazerath sent her way as she was used to sitting at the Queen mother's side.
"You look so much better compared to earlier this morning, Celestiel," she complimented once the princess was seated. "I am so glad you are feeling much better. It was difficult seeing both you and my son look so miserable."
"The King as well?," Celestiel's brows raised in surprise.
"Of course. I am sure he has told you but he did not leave your side when he did not have to," the older woman said. "Not to eat, not bath, he stayed glued to your side."
