Chapter 99: Avatar

A newfound ambition drilled its way into Xasha's heart. He had never been more motivated to achieve anything, as he was to master this technique. He had to calm himself down, losing control and ending up like Alexi used to be will help nobody. Speaking of Alexi, Xasha had no idea what Ari had said to Alexi back then, but that fellow turned over a new leaf.

He still trained every day but always came home for dinner and always made time for moonlight and the others. Especially after the kids were born, Xasha was so proud of him. Every time he sees Alexi taking his kids for a walk or reading them to bed, his heart fills up so much it could burst.

Of everything that has happened since that day almost 8 years ago, this was what he was most happy to see. He decided to focus on what was in front of him instead of dropping everything and hyper-cultivating.
